The primary focus is on the simplified basics. We want our players and families to have fun and learn the basics of soccer. This is not a mommy and me like program, parents are not to be on the pitch/ inside the cones unless they are asked and are registered as a JYSA volunteer with completion of the appropriate training.

Players must have their own water and keep it on the player side of the pitch to prevent delays.

We do need volunteer coaches who are designated to help run the activities. We also depend on willing family members to be active helping the players to learn and have fun.

Match Duration: 30 minutes including water breaks

Equipment Required for matches and practices: Soccer specific cleats, solid black soccer socks, shin guards, solid black shorts, orange and grey jerseys, size 3 soccer ball and a water bottle.

3 & Under ( for children that will be 2 years old by April 6th, 2024)

This will not be your typical "mommy and me" style program however, each player will need a loved one of at least 8 years old to assist them periodically. The primary focus is to introduce young players to the sport, get them use to the ball and over all just to have fun. They will meet at John Preece Park, on the U4 field for roughly 60minutes including water breaks.
